摘　　要：目的:研究CAS平板的保存条件及保存期限。方法:将CAS平板经不同温度、不同方式和时间贮存后,计算其生长率,找出最佳保存方式和保存期限。结果:CAS平板密封后放置2℃～8℃冰箱冷藏室避光保存可保存13 d;无菌室温(最好不超过20℃)避光保存可保存8 d;2℃～8℃冰箱冷藏保存可保存6 d;室温保存仅可保存3 d。结论:CAS平板的保存方法,效果最好的是密封后放置2℃～8℃冰箱冷藏室避光保存,其次较好的是无菌室温(最好不超过20℃)避光保存,再其次是2℃～8℃冰箱冷藏保存,最差的是室温保存。Objective：To study storage conditions and shelf life of CAS plate.Methods： CAS plates,which had been preserved at different temperatures,in different ways and time,were used to calculate their growth rate and identify the best way to preserve.Results： When placed in 2℃～8℃refrigerator from light,the sealed CAS plates can be stored for 13 days;when placed at sterile room temperature（preferably no more than 20℃） from light,they can be stored for 8 days;when placed in 2℃～8℃ refrigerator,they can be stored for 6 days;when placed at room temperature,they can be stored for 3 days.Conclusion： The optional order for methods to preserve CAS plates is： in 2℃～8℃refrigerator from light,at sterile room temperature（preferably no more than20℃） from light,in 2℃～8℃refrigerator,and at room temperature.
