2011年菏泽市制药从业人员健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的:了解菏泽市制药从业人员的健康状况,为开展职业病防治工作提供科学的依据。方法:2011年,对1585名菏泽市制药从业人员进行职业性健康查体,对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果:1585人中,检出异常率62.3%。受检人员中,以妇科疾病检出率为最高(29.53%),脂肪肝检出率次之(14.13%),肾病检出率(13.50%),男女之间差别有统计学意义(χ2=61.713,P=0.000)。结论:该人群健康存在一定的问题,因此应对疾病早发现、早诊断及早治疗,保障职工身体健康,避免职业危害,促进安全生产至关重要。Objective：To understand the health status of pharmaceutical practitioners in Heze city,in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases.Methods： 1585 pharmaceutical practitioners were conducted health examination in 2011,and the examination results were analyzed by statistics.Results： The abnormal rate was 62.3% in the1585 examinees.The highest detection rate was found in gynecological diseases（29.53%）,followed by fatty liver（14.13%） and nephropathy（13.50%）,and the difference had statistical significance between men and women（χ2=61.713,P=0.000）.Conclusion： Health problem exists among the employees of this pharmaceutical factory.Therefore,regular health examination,early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment should be conducted in order to prevent occupational diseases,protect the health of employees and promote safe production.
