摘　　要：随着资本市场国际化的深入,中国有越来越多的企业开始选择到海外上市。选取其中的新能源类企业作为研究的对象,从国际政治经济学的角度,分析其海外上市的动因以及海外上市过程中所遭遇的问题和困境,并给出了相关政策建议。Along with the deepening of capital market internationalization, more and more Chinese companies choose to list overseas. The renewable energy companies are selected for analyzing, from the perspective of international political economy, the reasons for their overseas listing and the problems they have encountered in the process of overseas listing. Relevant suggestions are given in the end.
