摘 要:采用耐磨微粒液相喷涂技术与装备,研究了胶种、调胶工艺、耐磨微粒与表面改性等对强化地板表面耐磨性能的影响,发现了MF性能与耐磨微粒分布均匀度密切相关,并且耐磨微粒材料、表面改性、粒径与喷涂量对强化地板耐磨转数具有影响。当三氧化二铝(Al_2O_3)耐磨微粒与MF的质量比为0.35~0.45时,表面改性的耐磨微粒(220目的Al_2O_3)能大幅度改善耐磨性能。此外,调胶工艺与耐磨纸的预固化度对耐磨性能也有不同程度的影响。The influences of resin types, glue mixing process, wear-resisting particles and surface modification on surface abrasion resistance of laminate flooring were studied by using liquid spraying technology and relevant equipment. The results showed that: the performance of MF closely influenced the dispersity of wear resisting material; types, surface modification, particle size and spraying amount of wear resisting materials had different influences on the product abrasion resistance; the modified A1203(220#) could significantly improve the wear-resisting MFwas 0.35-0.45; in addition, the glue per affected the abrasion value to some properties of the product when mass ratio of the modified A1203 to mixing process and pre-curing degree of liquid wear-resisting padegree.
