摘　　要：在硕士研究生中开设就业指导课,其目的是帮助硕士生掌握就业知识和规律,科学规划职业生涯,提高就业竞争力。当前我国高校在硕士生就业指导课的建设中还存在诸多问题急需解决,高校应当积极探索,突出课程的适应性、针对性、专业性、社会性、规范性、实践性和时代性,促进硕生就业指导课建设的创新发展。The purpose of employment guidance course for postgraduate students is to assist them to mas- ter the knowledge and rules of employment, to plan their career scientifically and to enhance their competi- tiveness. At present, many problems are imperative to be solved in the construction of employment guid- ance course in China＇s universities, and universities should explore actively and promote the invention and development of employment guidance course for postgraduate students, emphasizing adaptability, perti- nence, professional role, socialitv, standardization, and mnct^rni^tir^n
