脑瘫患儿脑干听觉诱发电位的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脑性瘫痪患儿的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)特点及其应用价值。方法:检测132例确诊的脑性瘫痪患儿的BAEP,分析其波形、波峰潜伏期(PL)、峰间潜伏期(IPL)及波幅比值等异常情况。结果:132例BAEP总异常率为83.3%(109/132),其中Ⅴ波异常103耳、Ⅲ波异常94耳、Ⅰ波异常38耳(包括重叠异常)。Ⅴ波反应阈值可疑异常31例(23.5%)、轻度异常51例(38.6%)、中度异常21例(15.9%)、重度异常6例(4.5%)。结论:脑瘫患儿BAEP异常率高,主要表现为中枢性听觉传导功能障碍,早期检测BAEP有助于其全面康复。Objective： To analysis the characteristics and significance of the brainstem auditory evoked poten- tial （BAEP） in the children with cerebral palsy （CCP）. Methods ： BAEP of the 132 cases of CCP were collected for analysis of the waveform, peak latency （PL）, interpeak latency （IPL） and amplitude ratio. Results： The ab- normal BAEP rate in 132 cases was 83.3% , with wave Ⅴ, Ⅲ,Ⅰ abnormalities observed in 103, 94 and 38 ears, respectively. The suspicious, mild, moderate and severe abnormality in response threshold of wave Ⅴ were revealed in 31 （23. 5% ）, 51 （38.6%）, 21 （16.9%） and 6 （4.5%） cases, respectively. Conclusion： Abnormal BA- EP, especially in central auditory neural conduction problems, suggests diagnosis of CCP. Early application of BA- EP improves the rehabilitation of CCP.
