不同剂量复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗重型肝炎的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析不同剂量复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将2009年5月～2011年5月收治的54例重型肝炎患者随机分为高剂量组和低剂量组,每组各27例,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果两组凝血酶原活动度、肝功能指标比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论不同剂量复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗重型肝炎皆能有效改善临床症状,但早期应用高剂量治疗能够显著改善肝功能。Objective Comparative analysis of different doses of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in the treatment of severe hepatitis clinical efficacy. Methods From May 2011 to May 2009 in our hospital for severe hepatitis patients 54 cases, divided into high dose and low dose group,27 eases in each, were compared between the two groups therapeutic effect. Results Two groups of prothrombin activity, liver function indices were significantly different （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection at different doses in the treatment of severe hepatitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, but the early use of high-dose therapy can significantly improve liver function.
