自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉65例分析

摘　　要：目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效,探讨降低翼状胬肉术后复发率的方法。方法施行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉65例72眼(均为鼻侧)。结果 72只眼术后植片全部成活,在观察期间无1例复发。且术后患者无不良感觉,眼部外观改善,视力均有所提高。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植简便易行,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigated the clinical effect of autologous limbus corneae stem cell transplantation combined with pterygium excision, and to explore the method of decreasing the post operative recurrent rate of pterygium excision. Methods 65 cases patients（ 72 eyes） with primary pterygium were all treated by autologous limbus corneae stem cell transplantation combined with pterygium excision. Results The Graft survived of 72 eyes after operation, without any recurrence during the period of observation. No adverse sensory appeared, and both the eye＇s appearance and vision had improved obviously.Conclusion Autologous limbus corneae stem cell transplantation combined with pterygium excision is a simple and effective method for treatment ofpterygium, which is worth promoting and utilizing in the clinic.
