摘　　要：中医药在急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用已越来越得到医学界的认可。本文查阅文献,探讨目前中医在治疗急性胰腺炎中的常用药物及方法的应用。从单味中药(大黄)、中药复方(大承气汤、大柴胡汤、清胰汤)、中药外敷(芒硝)、中药灌肠等方面对中医治疗急性胰腺炎的现状进行了综述。The therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has gained more and more approval from the medical field. This paper analyses the application of regular therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis in contemporary time by consulting literatures. And to review the present situation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis by using single Chinese herb （rhubarb） , compound Chinese herbs （ Dachengqi decoction, Dachaihu decoction, Qingyi decoction） , external application of traditional Chinese medicine （mirabilite） , herbal coloclysis, ect.
