摘　　要：学生成绩管理工作是高校日常教学管理中一项重要基础性工作，学生成绩具有信息量大、实时、准确性要求高的特点，同时既涉及每—名学生的切身利益，又是教师教学效果的最直接反馈。建主一套适用的成绩管理思路和与之相适应的成绩管理系统在评价教学质量、反馈教育效果等方面起着重要的作用，在促进教育改革、提高高校的教学质量和教学管理水平方面具有极为重要的意义。Student achievement management is one of important basic works in the daily teaching managements of universities and colleges. Student achievement has a large amount of information, real-time requirements and high accuracy, which relates to the vital interests of each student, but also is the most direct feedback of the teaching effect to teachers. Establishing a set of applicable student achievement management which is adapt to the student achievement management ideas plays an important role in the evaluation of teaching qualities and the feedback to education effects. What else, it＇ s an important significance in promoting education reform, improving teaching qualities and teaching management of universities and colleges.
