摘　　要：作为华南农业大学读书节系列活动之一,2011年12月,图书馆进行了读者满意度调查。文章在全面总结调查结果的基础上,针对调查结果揭示的问题,探讨了具体的改进措施,以期提升图书馆的效益。Abstract： As one of the series events of reading festival, the library of South China Agricultural University conducted a readers＇ satisfaction survey. Based on the comprehensive summary of the survey results and the problems that the survey suggested, the article discusses the specific improvement measures to enhance the effectiveness of the library.
