摘  要:提出了用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器测定水果和蔬菜中甲基异柳磷、苯线磷、内吸磷、硫环磷和蝇毒磷等5种有机含磷农药残留量的方法。采用乙腈匀质提取样品中残留的有机含磷农药,提取液经石墨化炭黑粉末净化。用SPB-608毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-火焰光度检测器法测定。方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.01~0.05mg·L-1之间。所测5种有机含磷农药的标准加入回收率在91.3%~110.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%~4.6%之间。The residual amounts of five organophosphorus pesticides, including isofenphos-methyl, fenamiphos, demeton, phosfolan and' coumaphos, in fruits and vegetables were determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector (GC-FPD). The sample was extracted homogeneously with acetontrile, and the extract was purified with graphitized carbon black. SPB-608 eapillary column was used for separation, and FPD was used for determination. Detection limits (3S/N) for the 5 organophosphorus pesticicdes found were in the range of 0. 01-0. 05 mg . L^-1. Recovery and precision were tested and results of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 91.3%-110. 0%, and values of RSD's (n=6) were in the range of 1.5%--4.6%.
