摘 要:侧钻水平井由于钻井周期短、增产效果明显等优良的经济性而成为推广较快的技术之一。侧钻水平井多为中短半径水平井,由于井身曲率较大,管柱刚度作用明显增强,使得管柱在弯曲段下入难度增大,同时也使管柱在井下工况更加复杂,往往是钻井设备和工具中的薄弱环节。因此,对弯曲段井眼处套管柱下入进行预测,进而正确选配钻完井管串,提高钻完井速度、降低钻完井成本有着不可忽视的意义。本文旨在对弯曲井眼段管柱建立力学模型并进行相容性分析,然后编制C#程序进行实际计算,取得了较好的效果,可在侧钻水平井中推广应用。Sidetrack horizontal well drilling becomes a popularized technology quickly because of short drilling cycle,evident yield increasing effect and fine economy.Sidetrack horizontal wells are mostly medium and short radius wells.As their hole curvature is big,pipe string rigidity increases,which makes pipe string difficult to be laid down.Downhole conditions become more complex.Drilling equipment and tool are the weak links.Therefore,predicting casing downhole at the curved reach and correct selection of drilling and completion pipe string is of significance to improve drilling and completion speed and cost reduction.The paper aims at establishing a mechanical model of pipe string at crooked interval and analysing compatibility,then C# program.It gains good result and can be popularized in sidetrack horizontal wells.
