摘　　要：制订医学学科竞争力评价指标体系是开展医学学科竞争力评价工作的基础。在文献评阅和专家咨询的基础上,提出了医学学科竞争力的核心要素;根据核心要素,拟订了医学学科竞争力评价指标体系初稿;通过专家咨询方法,综合考虑指标的相关性、可行性、精确性等因素,最终确立了含7个指标的临床学科竞争力评价指标体系,含4个指标的医技学科竞争力评价指标体系。Competitiveness Index System research and development is the prerequisite for medical disciplines competitiveness evaluation. Based on literature review and expert consultation, core elements of competitiveness of medical disciplines have been identified and drafted competitiveness index system has been developed. After repeated expert consultation and taking account for relevance, feasibility and precision of data into consideration, clinical discipline competitiveness evaluation index system involve 7 core indicators and technical disciplines evaluation index system involves 4 indicators have been developed.
