摘　　要：论述了学科竞争力评价的相关概念,以国内医院医学学科评价总体情况、国家临床重点专科建设工作、复旦排行榜为重点介绍了国内医院医学学科评价发展情况,同时介绍了美国最佳医院评选的四个要素及其权重。Based on the ＂Competitiveness Index of clinical disciplines＂ developed by the research team and by the data of 2008-2010 , competitiveness evaluation activities for 9 disciplines in medicine department and 6 disciplines in surgery department in Shanghai have been tan＇ted out. According to the result, top 6 hospitals are selected.
