摘　　要：通过对学习型医院图书馆的建立和个性化信息服务提供实践的分析,说明医院图书馆在创建学习型医院中有着不可替代的作用。指出学习型医院图书馆应利用自身的服务资源和服务技术,拓展个性化信息服务的内涵,不断提升图书馆的服务能力,以适应学习型医院用户的需求。认为在提供个性化服务的过程中,图书馆的资源建设、资源共建共享和馆员综合素质的提高是最主要的影响因素。By the analysis of establishment of learning hospital library and practice of providing personalized information services, hospital library plays an irreplaceable role in creating a learning hospital. Learning hospital library should use service resources and technology, expanding the personalized information service connotation, promoting the library service ability in order to meet the needs of readers＇ in learning hospital. Personalized information service becomes the trend in the development of learning type hospital library. Construction resources, resource sharing and improvement librarians quality is the most important factor in providing personalized service.
