摘  要:研究了铝合金薄板钨极氩弧焊添加单组分、多组分焊剂对焊接熔深、焊缝正面成形、电弧稳定性的影响,确定了不同焊剂对熔深影响的强弱顺序。研究了试板正面、背面涂焊剂对焊缝成形、组织和力学性能的影响,明确了两种涂敷焊剂方式的不同作用。A new tungsten inert gas welding method with addition of activating flux was studied with thin-sheet aluminum alloys.The influences of single- and multi-components on the depth of penetration,front shaping of weld and electric arc stability were studied.And the affected extents of the penetration depth by different welding fluxes are made clear.Then,the effects of activating flux coated on the top and back sides of weld on the weld shaping,microstructure and mechanical properties of weld were researched respectively,and their effect differences are known.
