摘　　要：在实际教育当中,红色资源在认同、内化、传播三个环节中都遭遇到了困境。要走出这种困境,就必须以现代的视角对红色资源进行优化,并构建适时性的教育内容体系,形成时代性的教育成果,建立实践性的教育基地,从而提高消防铁军理想信念教育的实效性。Ideological education is the core to lay a solid foundation for the fire forces. Red resources are the centralized embodiment of the good convention of the party and working style. They have natural advantages which include indoctrination, orientation, and encouragement on the ideological education of fire forces. This paper explains the optimization of the red resources from a modem perspective, the set - up of a modem education system, the use of modem education fruits to foster the firm belief of fire forces.
