摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法应用等离子体双极电切治疗膀胱肿瘤29例,统计分析手术时间、术中失血量、住院天数、留置尿管时间、术中术后并发症及肿瘤复发情况。结果 29例均一次成功切除,手术时间20～50 min,平均30 min;术中出血量30～100 ml,平均60 ml;2例术中出现轻微闭孔神经反射,未见膀胱穿孔等严重并发症,术后平均住院时间5 d,留置尿管时间平均5 d,拔管后无尿路刺激症状发生。平均随访40个月,8例复发,均在24～30个月,复发率28%。6例再次行经尿道等离子体双极电切术,2例行膀胱全切术。结论经尿道等离子体双极电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤是一种安全有效的手术方法。Objective To evaluate the safety and long-term efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBt） with bipolar plasma kinetic energy. Methods We reviewed the records of 29 patients with superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder treated by TURBt with bipolar plasma kinetic energy. The operating time, blood loss, catheter retention time,length of hospital stay,intraoperative and postoperative complications and recurrence rates were recorded and evaluated. Results All operations were successful. The mean operative time was 30 minutes and blood loss 30 -100 ml（ mean 60 ml） ;Slight obturator nerve reflex was noted in 2 patients. No patients had bladder perforation. The mean postoperative hospitalization period was 5 days. During the follow-up （mean 40 months） ,8 cases relapsed （28 % ）in 24 to 30 months, and 6 cases received Bipolar TURBt again ,2 cases received total cystectomy. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumors with bipolar plasma kinetic energy is safe and effective in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors.
