骨肿瘤微波灭活手术患者全程心理干预的效果研究

摘　　要：目的骨肿瘤患者由于肿瘤长期压迫神经所致的疼痛使得患者内心十分痛苦,心理承受能力比较差,既希望早日手术又担心失去肢体而致残,针对患者的心理特点,探讨全程心理干预对骨肿瘤微波灭活手术患者应激反应的影响。方法采用随机研究方法对116例患者分组进行观察,对照组:采用常规的基础护理方法,观察对象为2009年10月份前行微波灭活手术的58例患者。干预组:除采用与对照组相同的常规护理外,还需对该患者进行术前、术中、术后全程心理干预;观察对象为2009年10月-2011年10月期间行微波灭活手术的58例患者。结果干预组进行全程心理干预后睡眠质量及血压、心率的变化发生率明显低于对照组。结论全程心理干预可以缓解微波灭活骨肿瘤患者的不良情绪,降低应激反应对身体的不良刺激及患者对骨肿瘤的恐惧心理,提高了手术成功率,取得了较好的临床效果。Objective In recent years, the incidence of malignant bone tumors, such patients increased the psychological ability was poor,tumor long-term oppressive nerve pain due to make patients, very painful to early surgery and worry about losing limbs and disability, according to patients＇ psychology characteristic, it was necessary for us to discuss the nursing intervention process of bone tumors microwave inactivated surgery patients in response to stress. Methods Using random research methods of 116 cases in 2009 ,carrying on the observation group before October of 58 routine operation of microwave inactivated surgery patients as control group, the conventional method of psychological nursing, October 2009 - 2011 period of October there were 58 cases of surgical patients who underwent surgical intervention as microwave fire control in the group, with the same routine care, thus the nurse with preoperative and perioperative and postoperative whole chaperone, colleagues psychological nursing intervention. Results In the intervention group by nursing intervention, sleep quality and blood pressure, after the change of heart rate post- pet were obviously lower than those of control group. Conclusion Full nursing intervention can alleviate microwave inactivated bone tumors of the bad mood, reduce the stress response of the body, reduce the undesirable stimulation of bone tumors with fear, improve the success rate of operation, and achieve good clinical effects.
