摘　　要：β-肾上腺素能受体和肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的关系。β-肾上腺素能受体在多种肿瘤中均有表达，它的激活可以促进肿瘤细胞的增生、抑制肿瘤凋亡、促进肿瘤新生血管形成，并增强肿瘤的侵袭和转移能力，最终促进肿瘤的发生和发展。β-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂具有抑制肿瘤生长的作用，应用β-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂可能成为肿瘤防治的有效方法之一。The β-adrenergic receptor has close relationship with the occurrence and development of tumor. The β-adrenergie receptors were expressed in a variety of tumors. Its activation can stimulate tumor growth by promoting eell proliferation, inhibite apoptosis, promote angiogenesis, and enhance tumor invasion and metasta- sis. The β-adrenergie receptor blockers can suppress the tumor growth, which may become one of the effective methods of cancer prevention and treatment.
