摘 要:通过对比适合要求的不同银浆料制作成的银电极,测试银电极的电阻率、界面的比接触电阻率等特性参数;并通过扫描电化学显微镜观察,对界面的接触情况进行分析。结果表明以掺F的SnO2导电玻璃为基底制作银电极,其最佳烧结温度范围在510~530℃。With the improvement of key technology in dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) module, DSC has access to the industrial production. It is found that silver electrode used in DSC has a crucial role in unit cell and module. In this paper, silver electrodes screened by different silver pastes, which were suited to our request, were compared, and the silver electrode resistivity and contact boundary resistance et al. were measured. The interface between sil- ver paste and the conducting glass substrates was analyze by scanning electrochemical microscopy(SEM). The re- suits indicated that the most suitable sintering temperature is located in the range of the temperature from 510℃C to 530 ℃for the silver electrodes based on the FTO conductive glass substrate.
