丹栀逍遥丸对肝损伤大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥丸中主要有效成分栀子苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚和甘草酸配伍对慢性肝损伤大鼠药理作用,探讨其配伍的意义。方法:采取正交试验设计,按照3mL/kg体重,皮下多次注射40%四氯化碳(CCl4)橄榄油溶液,制成慢性肝损伤动物模型。将170只大鼠随机分为17组,每组各10只,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)、γ-GT和Ⅳ型胶原的含量。结果:F值检验显示丹栀逍遥丸4种主要成分交互配伍对慢性肝损伤大鼠ALT、CHE、MDA、γ-GT和Ⅳ型胶原有不同作用。结论:丹栀逍遥丸主要成分配伍能降低MDA和ALT酶活性,又能改善肝功能,支持丹栀逍遥丸主要成分配伍的合理性。Objective： To observe pharmacological effects of jasminoidin,paeoniflorin,paeonal,glycyrrhizic,as the main herbs of Danzhi xiaoyao pills,in rats with chronic hepatic injury,and to explore the significance of composition.Methods：Orthogonal experimental design was explored,chronic hepatic fibrosis models of rats were induced by repeated injection of carbon tetrachloride（CCl4） at concentration of according to 3 mL/kg body weight.A total of 170 rats were divided into 17 groups（n=10）.Concentration of serum ALT,CHE,MDA,γ-GT,and Ⅳ collagen were measured.Results：The interaction use of the four main components of Danzhi xiaoyao pills produced different impacts on chronic liver damage in rats according to F value test.Conclusions：Main herbs of Danzhi xiaoyao pills can reduce the activity of MDA and ALT enzyme,also improve liver function,and it confirmes the significance of combined use.
