Vitapex配伍AH-plus糊剂治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨Vitapex糊剂联合AH-plus糊剂治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果。方法:84颗牙体牙髓牙周病患牙,随机分两组。实验组Vitapex略超充封药后1个月,去Vitapex,改AH-plus糊剂加牙胶永久充填;对照组氧化锌丁香油糊剂牙胶尖永久充填。观察比较两组在第3、6个月时牙周袋深度(PD)、探诊出血(BOP)、牙龈指数(GI)的改变,并拍X线分析牙周骨缺损(CEJ-BD)和牙槽嵴顶(CEJ-AC)骨量的改变情况。结果:实验组PD、BOP、GI指数均较对照组显著改善,且牙周缺损区骨量增加显著(P<0.05),两者牙槽嵴顶骨量改变差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂联合AH-plus糊剂对牙周牙髓联合病变进行治疗,可取的较好的临床效果。Objective： To explore the clinical efficiency of Vitapex combined with AH-plus paste on periodontal-endodontic lesions.Methods：A total of 84 teeth with periodontal-endodontic lesions were randomly assigned into two groups.The experiment group was treated with Vitapex combining with AH-plus paste,while the control group was treated with zinc-oxide-eugenol alone.The change of pocket depth（PD）,bleeding upon probing（BOP）,gingival index（GI）,radiographic periodontal bone lesion（CEJ-BD） and alveolar bone level（CEJ-AC） at 3 and 6 month were compared between the two groups.Results：Significant differences were found in PD,BOP,GI and CEJ-BD after 3,6 months（P〈0.05）.There were no difference in CEJ-AC between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Vitapex combining with AH-plus paste is an effective treatment for periodontal defects.
