摘　　要：培养技能型人才、造就新型农民是农业职业教育面临的新任务。以烟台现代农业职业教育集团作为研究对象,围绕其管理模式和运行机制,探讨其在现代农业实训基地建设、校企合作、特色专业人才培养、农民培训和区域农业推广、服务区域经济社会等方面的主要经验和成效,并对其发展提出建议。The goal of agricultural education is to train skilled talents, and to accomplish the new peasants. By taking Yantai modem agricultural vocational education group as research object, on the basis of introducing management mode and operation mechanism of the group , this study gives a further discussion in respect of the construction of modern agricultural base, school - enterprise cooperation, major characteristic of talent training, peasants training, and service for local economy; it provides suggestions for the group development.
