摘  要:本文以庄河大骨鸡核心群78周龄的产蛋母鸡为试验材料,利用PCR-SSCP标记技术分析了ESR基因的遗传分布、群体杂合性等遗传信息,结果显示:ESR基因在庄河大骨鸡中存在三种基因型,即:CC型、CD型和DD型,三种基因型的频率分别为:0.245、0.335、0.42,C基因和D基因频率为0.4125和0.5875,多态信息含量为0.3245,属于中度多态;CC基因型鸡只的产蛋数、料蛋比显著高于其他两种基因型,差异显著(P<0.05);开产周龄、开产体重、产蛋高峰期和蛋重三种基因型间差异不显著(P>0.05)。ESR基因的CC型对产蛋性能有显著影响,但是否可作为研究该基因与庄河大骨鸡产蛋性能相关的重要遗传标记还需做进一步研究。In the present study,female Zhuanghe Dagu Chickens (78 weeks old)were used to analyze the correlation between polymorphism of flanking sequence of ESR gene and laying performance by using PCR-SSCP method. The results showed that ESR was consisted of three genotypes (CC, CD, DD) and frequencies of the three genotypes were 0.245, 0.335 and 0.42 irrespectively. ESR gene is medium polymorphisms and the polymorphism information content (PIC) in ESR gene was 0.3245. Frequencies of C gene and D gene were 0.4125 and 0.5875 irrespectively. Egg number and ratio of feed and egg of chickens with CC genotype were significantly higher than those of CD and DD genotype (P〈0.05). There were no significantly differences in age and body weigh at first laying, laying peak and egg weight among the three genotypes (P〉0.05). In conclusion,CC genotype of ESR could significantly improve laying performance of Zhuanghe Dagu Chickens.
