摘  要:目的观察热疗联合阿霉素碘油化疗栓塞对兔VX2肝种植瘤生长及血管生成的影响。方法用日本大耳白兔建立VX2肝种植瘤模型,随机分为5组,每组8只,分别为生理盐水组(A组)、碘油组(B组)、热疗组(C组)、阿霉素加碘油组(D组)、热疗联合阿霉素加碘油组(E组)。治疗后1周CT扫描观察各组肿瘤体积;血清生化检测AST、ALT水平;免疫组化检测残存肿瘤区微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达情况。结果治疗后1周,各治疗组肿瘤生长均受到限制,E组肿瘤体积及生长率与其他组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。E组血清AST、ALT水平与B、D组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),与A、C组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。E组残存肿瘤区MVD、VEGF表达最低,明显低于其他组各组(P<0.05)。结论热疗联合阿霉素碘油栓塞兔VX2肝种植瘤可明显抑制肿瘤生长并抑制残存肿瘤区血管生成。Purpose To observe the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and hyperthermia on tumor growth and angiogenesis in VX2 tumor.Methods Japanese rabitts were randomly divided into five groups,seting up VX2 hepatic implantation tumor by improved process.Those groups were physiological saline(group A),lipiodol(group B),hyperthermia(group C),Doxorubicin(ADM)+lipiodol(group D) and hyperthermia+ADM+lipiodol(group E).One week after treatment,was observed the tumor′s volume by CT scan,the level of AST,ALT in serum and the detected expression of MVD,VEGF in residual tumors by immunohistochemistry.Results One week after treatment,group E had a statistical difference of tumor volume and growth rate compared with other groups(P〈0.05).The serum AST and ALT of group E had no statistical difference compared with the groups except group A and C(P〈0.05).The MVD and VEGF in group E expressed a lower level and had statistical difference compared with others(P〈0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermia and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization could decrease the growth of tumor and inhibit the angiogenesis.
