摘　　要：研究了复矢球函数的理论性质 ,给出了一般向量场的复数矢量球函数表达及其有关的公式。The theorical characteristics of complex vector spherical harmonic are studied in detail, and it's expressions and formulae concerned in normal vector field are given. We also discuss tidal deformational displacement and axis of figure.
