摘 要:以甜菜坏死黄脉病毒(BNYVV)侵染甜菜抗、感丛根病品种为研究体系,在甜菜苗期采用western boltting检测BNYVV在甜菜根部的含量,研究甜菜茉莉酸(jasmonate,JA)合成途径关键酶脂氧合酶(LOX)、丙二烯氧化物合成酶(AOS)活性的变化,并采用外源茉莉酸浸种,检测其对病毒侵染的影响。结果表明,BNYVV的侵染明显诱导了抗病品种LOX与AOS的活性,并且JA浸种处理后,显著抑制了BNYVV对根部的侵染,表明JA的合成与甜菜抗丛根病有密切关系。Sugar beet varieties of resistance and susceptible to Rhizomania injected by beet necrotic yellow vien virus(BNYVV) were used as the research system,Western blotting method was used to test the contents of BNYVV in seedling ages. The activity changes of lipoxygenase (LOX) and allene oxidesynthase (AOS) , the key enzyme of Jas- monate(JA) synthesis in sugar beet, were studied to detect the influence on the injection of BNYVV grow from seed soaked by JA. The results showed that BNYVV remarkably induced LOX and AOS activity of resistance to rhizomania variety, and the injection of BNYVV significantly inhibited in the sugar beet roots grow from seed soaked by JA, indicating that JA synthesis had a close relationship with resistance to rhizomania.
