摘 要:大豆疫霉根腐病是由大豆疫霉菌(Phytophthora sojae Kaufmann&Gerdemann)引起的一种严重危害大豆生产的土传性病害,可在大豆生长的各个时期对其造成危害。总多酚(polyphenol)是植保素的重要组成成分,与植物抗病性密切相关。研究将抗感不同的野生大豆接种大豆疫霉菌,并测定其根、茎、叶中总多酚的含量。结果表明:接种大豆疫霉根腐病菌后,抗感野生大豆根、茎、叶中总多酚活性在病程的大部分阶段均高于相应对照。总体而言,抗病野生大豆总多酚类物质含量变化幅度(30%,55%,-40%,-100%)高于感病野生大豆(20%,35%,50%,90%)。Phytophthora root and stem rot of soybean [ Glycine max ( L. ) Merril] caused by Phytophthora sojae Kaufmann & Gerdemann is a destructive disease which can harm soybean in any growth period. Polyphenol is an im- portant composition of phytoalexin and it has closely relation with plant resistance. The change of total polyphenol content in wild soyeban inoculated with P. sojae was preliminarily studied in this paper. The results showed that total polyphenol activity in roots, stems, and leaves of both resistant and susceptible wild soybean materials were in- creased compared with those of control at most stages of pathogenetic process. Overall, the variation of total polyphe- nol in resistant wild soybean(30% ,55%, -40%, - 100% ) was higher than susceptible ones(20% ,35% ,50%, 90% ).
