消化道肿瘤患者的家庭功能及应对方式对述情障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨消化道肿瘤患者的家庭功能、应对方式对述情障碍的影响。方法:采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)、医学应对量表(MCMQ)及家庭关怀度指数(PA-GAR)测查了51例消化道肿瘤患者。结果:①面对因子与TAS-Ⅰ和TAS-Ⅱ呈显著的正相关,而与TAS-Ⅲ、TAS-Ⅳ及TAS总分呈显著的负相关,回避因子与TAS-Ⅲ、TAS-Ⅳ及TAS总分呈显著的正相关,屈服因子与TAS-Ⅰ和TAS-Ⅱ呈显著的负相关,而与TAS-Ⅲ、TAS-Ⅳ及TAS总分呈显著的正相关;②TAS总分、各因子与家庭功能因子及总分存在显著相关;③回归分析,家庭功能、回避、屈服都进入了回归方程。结论:家庭功能、应对方式与述情障碍存在显著的相关;家庭功能、回避、屈服都是述情障碍的影响因素。Objective：To observe the impacts of family function and coping styles on the alexithymia of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods：A survey was performed in 52 patients with gastrointestinal cancer using totronto alexithymia scale（TAS）,medical coping modes questionnaire（MCMQ） and family care index,including five dimensions of partnership,adaptation,growth,affection and resolve（PAGAR）.Results：①The confrontation factor was positively correlated with the scoring on TAS-I and II,yet significantly negatively with that on TAS Ⅲ and IV as well as the total scores on TAS.The scoring on the factor of avoidance suggested significant positive correlation with TAS-Ⅲ and IV as total scores on TAS,whereas resignation factor scoring was strikingly in negative relation with TAS-I and II,but positively with TAS-Ⅲ and IV as well as total scores for TAS.②Correlation significance was also seen concerning the TAS scoring with diverse factors and family functioning factors.③Multiple regression analysis revealed that the family function,avoidance and resignation were in entry into the regression equation in turn.Conclusion：The family function and coping styles were evidently bound with each other,suggesting that family function and coping styles are important factors affecting alexithymia.
