摘  要:针对隧道路面噪音大、抗滑性能差、发生火灾时易引起沥青产生浓烟等缺陷,设计了抗滑降噪型沥青混合料,采用大空隙沥青混合料结构降低隧道路面噪音、提高抗滑性能,并采用阻燃剂降低隧道火灾危险性。对抗滑降噪型沥青混合料的降噪性能、抗剪性能、水稳定性能、渗水性能、抗滑性能等综合性能与空隙率的关系进行研究,确定合理空隙率,并铺筑试验路进行验证。结果表明:抗滑降噪型隧道沥青路面比普通隧道沥青路面噪音降低约6dB,抗滑性能提高20%;混合料的目标空隙率宜控制在19%,施工现场路面空隙率宜控制在16%~21%。在隧道中采用该混合料可有效提高隧道路面的使用性能,改善隧道运营环境。Aimed at tunnel pavement's large noise, bad anti-skidding performance and dense smoke caused by possible fire, a anti-skidding and low noise asphalt mixture was designed to reduce noise, improve anti-skidding performance, and eliminate smoke. The large void ratio structure could reduce noise and improve anti-skidding performance. The fire retardant could prevent the fire hazard. The relationships of void ratio and mixture performances such as noise reduction, shearing, water stability, permeability, and anti-skidding were researched. The best void ratio was determined, which was verified on the test road. The results show that the application of this mixture in tunnel pavement can reduce noise about 6 dB more than that of the normal tunnel pavement mixture. The anti-skidding performance can be improved 20% more than that of the normal tunnel pavement mixture. The optimum void ratio is 19%. The void ratio in site should he within 16% to 21%. The tunnel pavement performance and environment can be improved by use of this mixture effectively.
