正常人群与乳房疾病患者耳穴电阻信息的差异性研究

摘　　要：目的:探索耳廓穴位电阻信息在乳腺癌患者和正常人之间的差异性。方法:应用JXT-2008经穴智能探测分析系统检测30例正常人和30例乳腺癌患者耳廓肿瘤特异区的穴位电阻信息,并计算穴位电阻定量指标。穴位电阻信息的定量指标包括左右耳廓U-I曲线的增程面积S左增、S右增和减程面积S左减、S右减。比较两组人群的穴位电阻定量指标的差异性。结果:耳廓的肿瘤特异区穴位电阻在左右增减程面积上两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:耳廓的肿瘤特异区穴位电阻信息,即左右增减程面积在乳腺肿瘤人群中具有显著的特异性。This study was aimed to observe the difference of auricular acupoint resistance information between healthy people and breast cancer patients.Auricular acupoint resistance information on tumor-specific area was detected among 30 healthy people and 30 breast cancer patients with the JXT-2008 Intelligence Analysis System.The quantitative indexes of acupoint resistant were calculated.The quantitative indexes of acupoint resistant include SLI,SRI,SLR and SRR.Then,differences of auricular acupoint resistant information on tumor-specific area were compared.The results showed that the SLI,SRI,SLR and SRR of auricular tumor acupuncture point resistant information have notable difference（P 0.05）.It was concluded that there were obvious differences on the SLI,SRI,SLR and SRR of auricular acupoint resistant information on tumor-specific area between healthy people and breast cancer patients.
