不同体育行为特征的高职学生健康意识与行为的比较研究

摘　　要：对福州市3所高职院校学生进行问卷调查,以高职学生从事体育锻炼的行为特征进行了运动人群的分类,在此基础上进行了体育行为特征与健康意识及行为的比较研究。得出高职学生体育人口比例不高,准体育人口占据多数;不同体育行为特征的高职学生体育锻炼行为个性鲜明;高职学生体育锻炼行为感性化;不同体育行为特征的高职学生健康意识与行为有着明显的差异等结论。A questionnaire survey is done to students in Fuzhou＇s three higher vocational colleges. Students engaging in physical exercises have been classified according to their behavior characteristics. And on this basis, a comparative study is conducted between sports behavior characteristics and health awareness. We get the conclusion that sports population proportion in higher vocational students is not high, quasi sports population is the majority; different sports behavior characteristics of higher vocational students＂ physical exercise behavior are distinct; higher vocational students＂ physical exercise behavior is perceptional; and different sports behavior characteristics of higher vocational students＂ health consciousness and behavior have obvious differences.
