摘　　要：总结历年来周绍华教授治疗神经精神系统疾病的临床经验。主要从病因病机、辨证论治、辨证与辨病相结合分析。在辨证论治方面,又从辨证论治是根本、同病异治异病同治、分清标本寻根溯源、分清主症次症抓主要矛盾这四个方面深入探讨。在治疗中着重介绍了周教授独特的合方、类方。经过总结,对周教授的临证思路和遣方用药有了清晰的展示,力求使周教授的学术思想能够得到更好的继承和推广。This article introduces Professor ZHOU Shao-hua’s experience in the treatment of neurological and mental disease with herb medicine,including etiologic factor,pathomechanism,syndrome differentiation and treatment,combining syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation,et al.There are some aspects in syndrome differentiation and treatment,such as the syndrome differentiation and treatment being the basis,treating the same disease with different methods,treating the different diseases with same methods,distinguishing the root and grasping the main contradiction.It introduced some combined recipel and typed recipe used by Professor ZHOU Shao-hua.
