摘　　要：回族医学中"禀性衰败"贯穿与疾病发生的始终,而疾病的发生发展在于先天体质的禀赋,回族言"四性"、"四液"体质,人体是有活力的有机体,每个人都有独特的质,从人的体质解释病机时,即体液与四性结缔而具有的能力,这为回族医学发病学理论提供了依据。The disposition decline in Hui medicine has been throughout the disease,and the development of the disease is congenital physical endowments,there are four natures physique and four fluid physique in Hui medicine.The human body is a dynamic organism,every one has a unique quality.Based on the physical interpretation of the human pathogenesis,it refers to the ability of combination of connective tissue and body fluids,which provided the basis for disease onset in Hui medicine.
