摘　　要：地方工科院校专业设置与服务地方互动,是由其教育本质和地方经济发展需要所共同决定的。要真正实现专业设置与服务地方的良性互动,必须遵循适应性、前瞻性、科学性和特色性四大原则,并建立起制度化、专业化、现代化的专业设置工作调查与预测机制,面对形势发展变化的及时反馈与适时调整机制,以及遵循教育规律、立足办学条件、适应地方发展的科学谋划与稳步推进机制。The interaction between program establishment in regional colleges of engineering and serving the local, is decided by its educational essence and the local economy development. It argues that the interaction is significant; the interaction should follow four principles of adaptability, forward-looking, scientificity and characteristic; it should also build the mechanism of program establishment investigation and forecast, which could offer immediate feedback and adjustment according to the development of the situation; in addition, it should build the mechanism of scientific planning and steady promotion based on following the law of education, school-running conditions and adaptation with the local development, which could realize the benign interaction between program establishment and serving the local.
