摘 要:通过对麦弗逊悬架结构特点分析,结合某车型参数设计确定悬架的特性参数;在分析和确定车轮定位参数的基础上,运用CATIA三维设计软件建立麦弗逊式独立悬架的3D模型;利用运动学分析软件MSC SimDesigner对麦弗逊悬架的轮距、主销内倾角、主销后倾角等进行运动学仿真分析,结果表明:所设计的悬架三维模型在车轮跳动过程中,车轮主要定位参数变化合理。Through the analysis of the structural characteristics of McPherson suspension, with the actual design parameters of a car, the parameters of suspension were established in this article. And the analysis and identification based on the wheel alignment parameters the overall structure type of suspension was determined. Using three-dimensional design soft- ware CATIA, a 3D model of the cars is established, at the same time, Kinematic analysis software MSC SimDesigner is used for the kinematic analysis of McPherson Suspension to verify the reasonableness of suspension mechanism design. The results showed that the main wheel positioning parameters have a reasonable change during the process of wheel hop, the design of three-dimensional model of the suspension are reasonable.
