摘  要:为了解中职学校德育工作的现状及存在问题,课题组利用自编问卷,采用整群抽样方式对广州市中职学校教师展开调查。调研显示,中职德育重要性日益凸显,但德育工作有形式化趋势,学校、社会和家庭的德育合力不足,德育的实效不尽如人意。为此,中职学校应加强全员全程德育工作,优化德育目标,推进德育过程化,进一步加强中职德育规律研究工作。In order to understand the status and existing problems of moral education in secondary vocational schools, the research group investigated the teachers of Guangdong secondary vocational schools by self-made questionnaire and cluster sampling method. The investigation results show that the importance of moral education of secondary vocational schools is becoming more prominent. But the formalized trend has appeared in moral education work while the resultant force of schools, society and families is insufficient, which results that the effectiveness of moral education is dissatisfactory. Therefore, secondary vocational schools should strengthen the whole moral education work for all, optimize the objectives of moral education, implement moral education processing, improve family education and social environment and further enhance the research work for moral education rules.
