摘  要:考虑企业资源对企业战略转型的影响,本文以中小制造企业为研究对象,构建了企业战略转型中资源、风险与转型过程之间的关系模型框架,以探究企业关键资源要素通过资源变动不确定性产生的转型风险,并进而对战略转型决策和实施的影响机制和路径进行探讨。实证研究结果表明,设备成本、关系依赖、惯例强度、心智开放、技术创新和筹资能力分别对中小制造企业战略转型的资源惯性风险、资源获取风险或资源匹配风险具有显著的影响作用;这三种资源视角下的战略转型风险因素在中小制造企业关键资源要素对战略转型决策和实施的影响机制中起到中介作用;筹资能力和心智开放因其对企业战略转型具有直接和间接影响而成为尤须重视的两种关键资源要素。The rise of medium and small enterprises in China has made important achievement and became the important strength in China' s economic and social development since the Opening up. ttowever, theuncertainty continued increasing in today' s world. The financial crisis caused by the U.S. subprime in 2007 has been more and more serious. The disaster spread fast from financial field to entity economy, influencing the economic situation and industry situation seriously. "Made in China" is suffered heavily. More and more medium and small manufac- ture enterprises have been in danger ever seen. They have to take the strategic transformation with risk or they would be washed out by the market. Strategic transformation is able to help the enterprise getting the competitive advantage. Now, though the researchers have made a lot of achievements in the field of strategic transformation, research on the relationship between the resource and strategic transformation is neglected, especially the research in China' s specific conditions. In this paper, we try to follow the chain of "resource-risk of strategic transformationstrategic decision and implementation" to explore the formation of the risk. We hope this paper will be helpful for the research developing on the strategic transformation. Considering the effect of resource on enterprise strategic transform, aiming at the medium and small manufacture enterprise, the relationship model framework among resource, risk and transform process is constructed in order to explore the mechanism and path of key resource elements which can affect the strategic transform decision and implement through the transform risks resulting from the uncertainty of resource change. Based on the theory model establishment, we begin the empirical analysis.
