摘 要:以15个酿酒葡萄及砧木品种为试验材料,采用田间统计及生理生化指标测定的方法对干旱生境下不同酿酒葡萄品种的抗逆性进行研究。结果表明:在干旱生境下,各参试品种的越冬平均发芽率依次为‘SO4’>‘520A’>‘Ln33’>‘5BB’=‘山河系’>‘贝达’>‘101-14’>‘品丽珠’>‘110-R’>‘黑比诺’>‘凤凰51’>‘LDP294’>‘威戴尔’=‘梅鹿辄184’>‘梅鹿辄347’;可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量的大小顺序基本一致,并且与越冬发芽率顺序相近;SOD活性与可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量大小及越冬发芽率顺序差异较为明显。研究认为,通过统计越冬发芽率、生长状况及测定可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量,可以有效地筛选抗逆性较好的酿酒葡萄优良品种。With 15 wine grape and rootstock varieties as materials,the author counted field data and determined of physiological and biochemical indexes in order to study the stress resistance of different wine grape under arid condition.The results showed that the germination rate from high to low wa‘sSO4’〉‘520A’〉‘Ln33 ’〉‘5BB’=‘Vitis amurensis×Vitis riparia’〉‘Beta’〉‘101-14’〉‘Cabernet Franc’〉‘110-R’〉‘Pinot Noir’〉 ‘fneghuang51’〉‘LDP294’〉‘Vidal’=‘Merlot184’〉‘Merlot347’under arid condition.The content sequence between soluble sugar and proline showed the same basically,which was in accord with the germination rate.In contrary,the SOD activity had significantly differences with soluble sugar and proline.This study suggested that the stress resistance of wine grape varieties should be selected effectively through the statistics of germination rate,growth status and determination of the soluble sugar,proline content.
