摘  要:目的了解广州市青少年故意伤害行为现况,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对广州市66所学校11 939名学生进行问卷调查。结果 9.79%的广州市青少年经常受到欺侮;上放学没有安全感、打架斗殴的发生率分别为9.88%和15.21%。不良情绪发生率为34.41%,女生(36.48%)高于男生(31.98%),高中生(41.78%)高于其他学段学生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。7项不良情绪中以"经常因学习或成绩感到心情不愉快"发生率最高,为22.69%。自伤行为、自杀意念、自杀计划以及自杀未遂发生率依次为8.53%,8.34%,4.53%和1.85%;29.38%的广州市青少年有过离家出走的意念,4.81%的学生有离家出走行为。结论广州市青少年故意伤害行为较为普遍,相关部门应采取相应的干预措施。Objective To study the prevalence of intentional injury among Guangzhou adolescents,and to provide scientific evidence for intervention.Methods Questionnaire of Health Related Behaviors Among Adolescents in China was conducted among 11 939 students in 66 schools in Guangzhou.Results About 9.79% of surveyed adolescents had often been bullied.The rates of feeling unsafe on the way home or go to school and fighting were 9.88% and 15.21%;34.41% of them had unhealthy emotions,girls was 36.48% which was higher than boys(31.98%),and senior high school students(41.78%) was higher than the others.The rate of "Feeling displeasure because of study or test scores" was 22.69% which was highest in the 7 types of unhealthy emotion.Self-injury behaviors,suicidal ideation,suicidal plans and suicidal attempts rates were 8.53%,8.34%,4.53% and 1.85%.About 29.3% of surveyed adolescents had ideas of leaving away from home,and 4.81% of them had done it.Conclusion The prevalence of intentional injury behaviors among Guangzhou adolescents is common,related departments should adopt some appropriate intervention measures.
