摘 要:为了研究使用刺五加、麦芽、炒山楂、贯众、苍术、五味子按一定比例制成复方中草药制剂对肉仔鸡血清生化指标和胴体脂肪沉积的影响。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡96只,采用单因子随机化设计,分2组分别饲喂基础日粮以及在基础日粮中添加1%复方中草药制剂的试验日粮。结果表明:(1)添加复方中草药制剂使肉鸡血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量分别下降了2.15%、21.05%(P>0.05),低密度脂蛋白含量提高了4.71%(P>0.05),高密度脂蛋白含量提高了37.63%(P<0.05);(2)添加复方中草药制剂使肉鸡胸肌脂肪含量提高了8.22%,腿肌脂肪含量降低了6.60%,腹脂率降低了10.32%,差异均不显著(P>0.05);(3)添加复方中草药制剂使鸡肉pH提高了12.29%(P<0.05),滴水损失降低了15.72%(P<0.05)。综合分析,饲粮中添加本复方中草药制剂可改善肉仔鸡肉品质,调节脂代谢,改善肉鸡胴体脂肪沉积。This trial was conducted to study the effect of Chinese herb feed additives on serum biochemical parameters and meat quality of broilers. 96 1-day-old healthy broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups with one way random design. Treatment were added with Chinese herb feed additives in the basal diet. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control, dietary supplementation of complex Chinese medical herbs significantly increased the level of HDL (P〈0.05) but did not ,affected the level of TG, TC and LDL of broilers (P〉0.05); (2) Compared with the control, dietary supplementation of complex Chinese medical herbs increased lipid content of breast muscle but reduced lipid content of leg muscle and the abdominal fat percentage (P〉 0.05); (3) Compared with the control, dietary supplementation of complex Chinese medical herbs increased pH value and reduced drip loss of meat (P〈0.05). It was concluded that adding Chinese herb feed additives to diet could regulate lipid metabolism, improve meat quality and naked body fatty deposition of broilers.
