摘　　要：以1959年人民卫生出版社出版排印本《普济方》(乾隆四十六年刊《四库全书》文渊阁版《普济方》为底本,参校明永乐《普济方》刻本残卷)为研究对象,简要介绍《普济方》著作及成书情况,浅溯"痛证"理论发展源流,主要探讨《普济方》对止痛方药收录状况、收方特色和学术价值,了解经《普济方》收录及保存的自晋至明朝初期诸多"痛证"相关理论及方药文献,特别是今已亡佚不存的诸多止痛方药文献的作用和特点,分析《普济方》一书在中医学方剂发展史中的意义及作用。This paper takes Puff Fang published by People＇ s Health Publishing House in 1959 for studying, briefly introducing Puff fang and the compiling information of this book. In addition, this paper especially focus on pain syndrome and knowledge of the relevant records in all these books. On this basis, this paper collates pain-related discussion and Painkillers of TCM in Puff Fang, understanding related theory and records on pain symptom from the Jin Dynasty to early days of the Ming Dynasty. This paper particularly mentions the value and features of this book. On the other hand, this paper analysis the significance role of Puff Fang about collect herbs in the pain literature preserved in the history of medical prescriptions.
