摘　　要：目的探讨脱细胞异体真皮基质修复口腔组织缺损的效果。方法采用脱细胞异体真皮基质修复口腔粘膜缺损病体24例,缺损部位为颊部,口底,腭部,牙龈及唇部,修复后观察其愈合过程及修复效果。结果 24例患者均获得满意效果,无感染,坏死等并发症。结论脱细胞异体真皮基质取材方便,手术损伤小,操作简单,是一种理想的口腔组织缺损修复替代材料。Objective To investigate the effect of acellular dermal matrix repairing oraltissue defects.Methods Use acellular dermal matrix torepair 24 cases of oral mucosal defects,thedefect sites were cheek,floor of mouth,palate,gums and lips,to observe the healing process after the repairing and the restoration effect.Results 24 patients were satisfied with the results,there was no complications such as infections,necrosis,et al.Conclusion Acellular dermal matrix waseasily obtained,andsurgical injury was little,could be simply operated,itis an ideal alternative material fororal tissue defects.
