契约法律文化与大学生诚信素养的培养

摘　　要：大学生违约严重凸显了高校诚信法律教育的紧迫性。借助于文化对心理、精神的浸润作用,以契约法律文化作为诚信法律教育的核心内容,着重解读契约内涵的社会、法律与自我实现的意义与价值,培植"契约必须遵守"的信念,并采取理论教学与实践活动结合的形式,加强内部思想与外部行为的双向指导,减少大学生的违约现象,并真正培养起大学生"尊重他人、遵守诺言"的诚信素养。University student＇s serious breach of contract highlights the urgency of the integrity education. With the infil- tration role of culture on mind and spirit, contract culture as the core of the integrity education, we cultivate students＇ faith of ＂ contract must be complied with＇, through interpretation of the contract meanings and values from the social, le- gal and self--realization perspectives. Meanwhile, combine theory and practice with guidance on inner thoughts and outer conducts, we will reduce university students＂ defaults and fully foster their integrity literacy of ＂ respecting others and keeping promise. ＂
