摘　　要：在仲裁方式上,依法裁决适用比例偏高,仲裁裁决的法律化已然出现。认识、解决仲裁裁决的法律化,需要从其内容上先予明晰法律化的实质,再进行利弊剖析,认清其利好与弊端,并明确其弊大于利的本质,以正视应对的必要性与紧迫性。最后通过针对性的对策探讨与落实,达到从根本上解决仲裁裁决法律化的目的。The high proportion of ruling by legalization, means the legalization of arbitration awards has already appeared. To recognize and solve this awards, we need to know the substance of its content first, then learn the pros and cons of profiling to recognize the positives and drawbacks, and clear the nature of more harm, to face up to deal with necessity and urgency. Finally, achieve the purpose of solving this awards by targetating investigation and implementation.
