摘　　要：检察院民事审判监督制度是检察权在监督法院民事案件审判工作中的制度性体现,综合体现了法院、检察院、当事人三者在民事诉讼中的地位。本文在进行制度性研究的同时,重点以法院工作的视角,从实践出发探讨了检察院民事审判监督制度在运行中存在的问题与解决方案。The system of procuratorate＇ s civil trial supervision is institutional reflect of the procuratorate right in su- pervision of civil trial, it is a focal point of the place of court, procuratorate and litigant. Viewed from work of court, this thesis discusses the practical problems and solutions in exercise of the procuratorate＇ s civil trial supervision system.
