胃力康治疗功能性消化不良102例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察胃力康对功能性消化不良所致腹胀的疗效。方法将功能性消化不良102例纳入研究,予以胃力康10 g,每天3次,冲服,疗程4周。观察治疗前后腹胀积分改变。所有患者治疗前后进行水负荷试验。结果胃力康可明显改善功能性消化不良患者的腹胀症状,治疗2周及4周腹胀症状积分均明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者最大饮水量明显增加(P<0.05)。其对腹胀的总有效率为83.3%。治疗过程中无不良反应。结论胃力康是治疗功能性消化不良患者腹胀症状安全、有效的药物。Objective To observe the effect of Weilikang in treating abdominal distension caused by functional dyspepsia. Methods 102 cases of fuctional dyspepsia were enrolled in this research and were orally given Weilikang 10 g,three times a day for 4 weeks.The change of abdominal distension scores were observed before and after treatment. All cases were per- formed the water load trial. Results Weilikang could obviously relieve the symptom of abdominal distension in the patients with functional dyspepsia. After 2-week and 4-week treatment, the scores of abdominal distension were obviously decreased （P〈0.05）. After therapy, maximum amount of water intake was increased （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate for abdominal distension was 83.3% ,and there was no adverse reactions during the whole therapy. Conclusion Weilikang is quite safe and effective drug for treating abdominal distension of functional despepsia.
