前牙不同程度牙体缺损的牙冠延长术的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：评估牙体缺损程度不同的上前牙牙冠延长术后的疗效。方法：选取2009年9月至2011．12月上前牙牙体缺损的病例50例，共50颗患牙，分为两组，A组：（30颗）牙体缺损位于唇腭侧，断端最低位点止于龈下≤3mm，B组：（20颗）牙体缺损位于唇腭侧，断端最低位点止于龈下〉3mm。两组牙分别行牙冠延长术，术后6周，3个月分别进行临床牙周检查。结果：A组去骨后骨嵴顶距牙缺损处距离≥3mm，因此术后获得较好的临床效果，术后牙周组织维持较为健康的状态。B组去骨后部分位点骨嵴顶距牙缺损处距离〈3mm，术后牙龈出现不同程度的炎症。结论：上前牙牙体缺损断端至于龈下≤3mm时行牙冠延长术的临床疗效较好，当缺损处与龈缘距离〉3mm时，临床效果不佳，牙龈出现不同程度的炎症。Objective ：to evaluate the clinical effect of surgical crown lengthening for anterior teeth of upper arch with defect on different extent. Methods ：50 cases were collected and divided into 2 groups.A group include 30 teeth with labial /palatal defects,the distance between the lowest sites of the teeth and the gingiva are less than 3mm. 2 groups.B group include 20 teeth with labial/palatal defects,the distance between the lowest sites of the teeth and the gingiva are more than 3mm. peridontal examination were done respcetively 6w,3m,6mAfter the surgical crown elongation .results good clinical results can be gained after the surgery when the the distance between the lowest sites of the teeth and the gingiva are less than 3mm,when the distances are more than 3mm,inflammation lesion of different extent appear on the gingiva.
